At Mi Piaci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
